So in the face of cancelled exhibitions, no classes, no tutoring, I exhibited my work in the garden and on the nearby river bank. Many of my paintings were of the burgeoning spring flowers and that was fun. The diamonds in life are so very frequently, right under our front door step.
And so I made new friends as we bellowed niceties at eachother across the front garden (not so large) and came to realize yet again, it was all about making the most of the sunny days, a free Saturday morning and having the courage to make it public
