Creative Flow Workshop Sessions
January 23, 2023 – 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Welcome to Creative Flow painting sessions with Iona, where we let paint, ink, charcoal and pastel flow, mix and meld into gorgeous, suggestive shapes and textures that feed our souls’ imagination.
Flowing this way means there are no mistakes that can be made. Our minds relax when we realize there in no prescribed outcome, no judgements. From this place of excitement we grow in confidence and wonder at the beauty of the colour and marks. Images can rise and I encourage you to bring them into the world of perception.
Cost: All materials are supplied and costs £40 each with up to four people per session. A £20 deposit upfront secures your place. Please call or email to book (details below).

Over many years of tutoring and painting I have been struck by how many adult people are in grief about their creativity and how they can believe that painting is not available to them. I felt this sadness and so began encouraging the innate, playful, curious child inside to come out and explore safely. For many, it’s been like a gateway opening up inside and this openness feeds into so many others areas of life.
